We make the process very simple and convenient for you. Just provide us the testing parties' names, addresses, phone numbers, and appointment time. We will take it from there.
A case manager will contact one of our local collection facilities nearest you to arrange an appointment for you. Once an appointment has been arranged, we will contact you with an appointment time, date, location, and a contact name, phone number, and the specimen collection fee charged by the collection site.
After the appointment has been confirmed with you, we will send a specimen collection kit including all paperwork to the site(s) for the appointment.
To ensure that you will receive legally binding results, a strict chain of custody and identification process is followed. You will need the following items for your appointment:
Photo identification for the adults such as a State Driver's License OR a recent photograph
A recent photograph of the child
Payment for the specimen collection fees if Applicable.
After the specimens are collected, they are sealed and placed in a specially designed container for the return shipment of the specimens.
Our laboratory will begin the testing process upon receipt of all specimens provided balance has been paid.
Notarized reports of the paternity test results will be mailed to the designated addresses provided by the tested parties at the time of specimen collection.
Payment arrangements:
DNA TESTING SOLUTIONS, INC. offers a payment plan option. We require a $100 deposit or the full amount at your appointment time. You may pay the balance at your convenience, however, the balance must be paid in full before the testing begins. The deposit is not refundable once the process is initiated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, and Personal Checks (Check writers D.L.# must be written on the check).
